Your brain lives in your body. What is good for your body, is good for your brain!

Neuroscientific research has recently reinforced the importance of movement to your cognitive and emotional well-being. Being aware of how you move your body can help you think more clearly and turn up your brainpower. In particular, the BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) protein is a very powerful factor in facilitating long-term memory, learning and higher-level thinking. Come and explore how movement can sharpen your mental performance and take care of your emotional state.

We all know that good nutrition improves our physical performance. But did you know that good nutrition also improves mental performance such as learning, memory, mood, concentration, and energy? In this session, we will cover some basics of good nutrition and look specifically at how eating the right things at the right times in the right amounts can supercharge your brain, keep you feeling energized and positive while also helping you to focus and achieve your goals faster and with more ease.

Connect the dots between movement, nutrition and a coaching conversation to take your performance to a whole new level and bring the role of the body into your leadership alongside your mental and emotional states.
